The Parklands looks forward to Phase Two

Developer, Jackson Living, is progressing with the initial infrastructure works for Phase Two of The Parklands at Sudbrooke.

Sitting north of Phase One, the site overlooks the Sudbrooke woodland, providing a natural and unspoilt outlook for dwellers.  Phase Two will see the delivery of 41 plots comprising 12 affordable homes as well as 11 five bedroom properties including a signature, landmark home with thatch roof.

The developer will continue to use materials which were selected for Phase 1 including stone, render and a range of different bricks. The first completed homes will be available to move in by Q2 2022.

On commencement of the second phase, project manager, Ben Martin said: “As we sell the final few plots of Phase one and continue to create a thriving new neighbourhood, it’s imperative that we keep up momentum with construction and ensure we can provide the necessary supply to meet the ongoing demand for new homes.

All of the progress here is a true a testament to the overall proposition of what The Parklands offers, from the quality of the buildings to the natural landscapes and woodlands.
